ABOUT THE OWNER
Mr. Gallardo is a native born Californian of Latin American heritage. His 30 years of experience working as a geologist in the geotechnical and environmental field has given him a great amount of practical and professional skills. He has conducted among other things, foundation investigations, directed several landslide repair efforts, performed geologic mapping of dams and gravel mining sites. He is also experienced in petrographic work.
Mr. Gallardo has over 25 years of experience working on environmental projects. The related work includes conducting phase one site assessments, tank closures, excavation of soils from contaminated UST sites, full site investigations and characterization studies, feasibility studies, groundwater monitoring projects, installation of groundwater monitoring wells, soil vapor extraction wells, pneumatic pump tests, tracking groundwater plumes, and most importantly, Closing Sites. He is familiar with state-of the-art technology and when possible, has closed many a site from start to finish within a five-year period.
